Fabrication
Steel Fabrication is the process involving the transformation of raw steel into a product or item that can be used in construction or assembly.
The basic methods of fabricating include cutting or burning, forming, machining, or welding.
The 3 main processes of PEB members Fabrication:
- Machining: This process involves using a specialized piece of equipment to shave away parts of the metal to make it into the shape that is needed. Some of the tools that are involved include lathes, mills and drills.
- Cutting: We provide and utilize our very own in-house plasma cutting facility this ensures cutting with a high level of precision, no distortion and supreme quality for all our Pre-fabricated products.
- Welding: This is a common form of steel fabrication. Welding is used to bend or combine pieces to make them one piece. We use the right machines to help control the heat put into a part, minimize distortion, and improve the quality of the parts we produce. Our Quality Control Department staff of certified welding inspectors and technicians are trained in all forms of non-destructive weld testing.
With our years of experience, fabrication capacity and engineering skills, we have constantly met the highest expectations. Our investment in high quality service facilities and our strong support systems
help us to meet the wide-ranging steel industry requirements. Featuring
specialized computerized numerical controlled (CNC) machinery, our fabrication
facility brings improved efficiency and economy to the fabricated steel
process, allowing us to offer competitive prices to our customers.
